Abstract

인터넷 등 네트워크상의 정보에 관한 법적 논의는 제공된 정보의 재산적 가치 이외 에 이러한 것들을 가능하게한 디지틀 기술의 보호에 관하여 검토되고 있다. 특히 기술발전 과 아주 밀접한 관련을 맺고 있는 특허권 database 등 지적재산권의 영역에 있어서 이러한 점은 분명하게 드러난다, 가상공간과 관련있는 대상에 관한 법적 고찰은 인터넷등의 이용이 널리 보급되어 우리의 실생활에 직접 이용되게 될 여건이 성숙될때에 구체화되겠지만 정보 화사회의 문턱에 들어선 현재의 우리사회에 있어서도 법적 ·제도적 기초를 마련함에 있어 서 불가피 한 현실적 요청이다.
