판형 배양조를 이용하여 온도와 빛 강도를 변화시키면서 Spirulina platensis의 성장과 이에 따른 균체내 지질축적량 및 지방산의 조성을 분석하였다. 균체량으로부터 빛 강도에 대해서 고찰해본다면
