Abstract
Antioxodative substances in Mulberry leaves were examined. Antioxidative substances in Mulberry leaves were extracted by 80% methanol agueous solution. Antioxidative activity of extract was determined by examining hydrogen donating ability on 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and the inhibitory effect on the formation of the peroxide from Linoleic acid in the test tube at
