Abstract

임의중도 절단된 이 표본의 수명자료에서 누적위험함수의 비는 시간의 변화에 따른 두 집단의 위험률을 서로 비교할 수 있는 수단이 된다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 두 집단의 누적위험함수의 비에 대한 추정량을 제안하고, 제안된 추정량의 점근성을 유도하였다. 또한 누적위험함수의 비에 대한 여러 가지 동시신뢰대들을 제안하였으며, 실제 자료에 적용하여 보았다.
