Abstract

This study discussed advanced roles and services of corporate information center is affected by changing information and competition environment. To supply advanced intelligent services, information specialist correct and analyze intelligence information. Analyzing several cases, this study presents advanced roles and services appling IRM in corporate information center.

본 연구에서는 정보기술의 발달로 인해 변화된 정보환경과 경쟁환경속에서 생존경쟁 및 발전을 위한 기업체 정보센터 역할과 서비스에 대해서 논하고 있다. 발전적 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 수집된 정보를 주제전문가가 주제지식을 바탕으로 분석, 가공해야 한다. 효율적인 정보 및 지식자원관리를 위해 현재 국내.외에서 이러한 서비스를 실시하고 있는 기관을 조사하여 살펴보고, 여러 연구를 통해 기업체 정보센터가 나아가야 할 방향에 대해서 제시하고자 한다.
