In this study, regenerated cellulose fibers from MMNO(N-methylmorpholine- N-oxide)/water/cellulose were prepared according to changes of MMNO wt% of coagulants and stretch ratio, which are main factors to dry-jet wet spinning. The mechanical properties and micro-structure of produced fibers were investigated. As stretch ratio increased, tenacity and hirefringence increased but elongation and moisture regain decreased because of more compact microstructure and high orientation of chains. At the 20% of coagulants and 70 stretch ratio. more homogenous and improved mechanical properties of cellulose were obtained.
