본문에서는 국내의 오버레이 용접기술의 적용현황 및 대표적인 적용사례, 오버레이 용접기술 및 용접재료의 개발현황 등을 중심으로 살펴봄으로써 아직 국내에서는 널리 알려지지 않은 본 기술에 대한 이해를 넓히고자 했다.
