The Refractive Index Measurement Using Total Reflection

본 실험에서는 매질의 굴절률을 측정하는 간단한 방법을 소개하고 주위에서 쉽게 구할 수 있는 매질을 사용하여 몇 가지 물질의 굴절률을 측정하여 실제 값과 비교해 보았다. 실험결과 증류수, 알콜, 아크릴의 굴절률은 각각 $1.32{\pm}0.006$, $0.36{\pm}0.01$, $0.48{\pm}0.005$의 값을 얻을 수 있었다. 이 실험값들은 실제값과 일치하는 결과이다.

In this experiments, we introduce the simple method measuring the refractive index and it measured for severial materials compare with real values. Refractive index of distillation water, ethyl alcohol and acryl were $1.32{\pm}0.006$, $0.36{\pm}0.01$ and $0.48{\pm}0.005$, respectively.
