Abstract
This study was done to investigate the effect of glycyrrhizin on the lethality induced by galactosamine and lipopolysaccharide coadministration in mice. Glycyrrhizin was injecte d intravenously as a multiple dose at 20, 15, 10, 5, and O hr before galactosamine and lipopolysaccharide coadministration. Lethality and tumor necrosis factor (TNF
