Enhancement of Water-solubilities of Protein-bound Polysaccharides Contained in the Basidiocarps of Ganoderma lucidum by Hydrolyzing with Chymotrypsin

Abstract
Optimum conditions for hydrolysis were investigated to enhance water-solubilities of protein-bound polysaccharides in the basidiocarps of Ganoderma lucidum by treating chymotrypsin.
