Abstract
Some multidrug resistance inhibitors have been known to be influenced by the serum concentration. In this study, effect of serum concentration on inhibition of nucleoside transport by BIBW22, a new multidrug resistance inhibitor derived from dipyridamole (DPM), was studied.
