앙고라 100적Nm 방적사의 제조기술

초록

The spinning technology of pure angora fibres which have been treated with dilute hydrogen peroxide and wet heat was investigated in this paper. Heat treat condition with relevant range of dilute hydrogen peroxide was decided for good spinnability and gauge conditions, wire angles and densities of various rollers on the card machines were decided for the production of good card sliver. Spinning processes and its various conditions for production of 100'Nm pure angora yarn were developed. Furthermore, dyeing conditions with good fastness were proposed and color difference between inside and outside of cheese was negligible in knitted fabrics.
