Abstract

In this study, the testing materials were prepared with 12 kinds of fiber cushion which contain 30wt% adhesive fibers. The fiber cushions had different levels of controlled initial specific volume(53.33, 32.00, 22.86, 17.78 cm3/g) by heat- treatment(80, 100, 12$0^{\circ}C$) with constant load. The theoretical equation of the assembly mass for the simple contact was well fitted with that for the fused contact. The value of g did not dependent on the initial specific volume, however the value of C/Vo2g was increased greatly with decrease of that. The relationship between peek pressure and the number of repeat was well matched with the equation of P/Pmzx=A+B/x. Resilience and compressional recovery were decreased with an increase of heat-treated temperature.
