Continuous Ethanol Production Using Diluted Fermentation Media with Supplements in an Immobilized Cell Reactor
고정화 균체 반응기에서 첨가물 희석발효배지를 이용한 연속 알콜생산
Abstract
For continuous ethanol production In an immobilized cell reactor consisting of Saccharomyces sake, feedings of one tenth to three tenths times diluted fermentation media were effective for maintaining the high ethanol productivity and physical stability of immobilized beads.
