A Study on the Performance upon Industry stratrgy and the Focused Factory

The growth rate and survival of an enterprise depends on strategy capability which is appropriately managing environmental change. An excellent adaptation to the environment of enterprises and proper utilization of their resources make them grow. In addition, the important problem is present on the concentration of restricted industry strategy.
