Abstract

To perform reliability prediction during the development phase of a particular telecommunications equipment or system, it is very important to correctively comprehend the quality characteristics of the applied parts.

통신 장비 및 시스팀의 개발 단계에서 신뢰성 개선을 위한 신뢰도 예측을 수행하고자 할 때, 통신 부품의 품질 특성을 올바로 이해하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다. 본 고에서는 통신 부품의 척도로서 부품 고장율, 부품 고장에 영향을 주는 인자. 부품의 적용시 부하와 온도에 대한 고장율과의 관계를 제시하고 있다.
