Abstract

We review the basic principles of laser speckle interferometry and its applications to the measurement of surface displacement and deformation and to the analysis of resosnant vibrational modes.

레이저 반점 간섭계측법의 기본원리를 설명하고, 이를 응용하여 물체표면의 이동 및 변형측정 그리고 물체의 고유 진동 모우드를 분석하는 실험장치의 구성과 실험방법을 설명하였다.
