Abstract
Free phenolic acid, soluble ester and insoluble phenolic acid were extracted from defatted Crataegus pinnatifida and Terminalia chebula. Their antioxidative effectiveness was compared with BHA and BHT for soybeen oils by measuring peroxide and thiobarbituric acid values at
