Abstract
In order to isolate mutants in Rhizopus nigricans, the optimal treatment conditions for the chemical mutagens, N-Methyl-N'-Nitro-N-Nitrosoguanidine(MNNG) and Ethyl Methane Sulphonate(EMS), were explored.
