Abstract
In patients with locally advanced head and neck cancers who do not respond to induction chemotherapy and who have locoregional recurrence after local treatment subsequent radiotherapy alone does not have any additative effect. The theoretical rationale and promising clinical response of concurrent chemoradiotherapy in patients with the head and neck cancers have been recently conducted Ten patients(9 stage IV, q stage III) were treated with concurrent chemoradiotherapy(radiotherapy start from day 1 of chemotherapy; cisplatin
