콩과(科) 식물(植物) 주변(周邊)의 토양(土壤)에서 발견(發見)되는 VA-mycorrhizae

Vesicular-Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi Found in the Soils around the Roots of the Leguminous Plants

초록

콩과(科)식물 주변의 토양에서 발견되는 VA-mycorrhizae를 동정(同定)하기 위하여 공주대학교 주변에 서식하는 10종(種)의 콩과(科)식물들을 대상으로 토양시료를 채취하였다. 채집된 뿌리를 염색한 결과, 10종(種)의 콩과(科)식물 모두에서 균근(菌根) 구조를 관찰할 수 있었다. VAM 포자(胞子)의 현미경적 형태와 포자벽 구조 및 부착 균사의 특징을 중심으로 포자를 동정(同定)한 결과, 4속(屬) 12종(種)의 포자를 확인하였으며 다음과 같다 ; Acaulospora denticulata, A. scrobiculata, Gigaspora margarita, Glomus australe, Gl. constrictum, Gl. convolutum, Gl. diaphanum, Gl. flavisporum, Gl. glomerulatum, Gl. manihotis, Gl. tortuosum, Sclerocystis microcarpus. 이들 중 3속(屬) 7종(種)은 국내에서 미보고된 종(種)으로 새로이 기재하는 바이다 ; A. denticulata, Gl. australe, Gl. constrictum, Gl. convolutum, Gl. diaphanum, Gl. flavisporum, S. microcarpus.

Ten species of the leguminous plants were collected from the soils around Kongiu National University $(127^{\circ}\;08'\;41"\;E,\;36^{\circ}\;28'\;04"\;N)$. All of them were infected with VA-mycorrhizae in the root tissues, and twelve azygospores or chlamydospores of VA-mycorrhizal fungi were found and identified (twelve species of four genera); Acaulospora denticulata, A. scrobiculata, Gigaspora margarita, Glomus australe, Gl. constrictum, Gl. convolutum, Gl. diaphanum, Gl. flavisporum, Gl. glomerulatum, Gl. manihotis, Gl. tortuosum, Scleroystis microcarpus. Seven among them were not reported in Korea yet (seven species of three genera); A. denticulata, Gl. australe, Gl. constrictum, Gl. convolutum, Gl. diaphanum, Gl. flavisporum, S. microcarpus.
