The Modification of Polyacrylonitrile with Sodium Cellulose Sulfate
나트륨 황산셀룰로오스에 의한 폴리아크릴로니트릴의 개질
Abstract
Various degrees of substitution of sodium cellulose sulfates were synthesized. The blending of sodium cellulose sulfate with polyacrylonitrile(PAN) in PAN-sodium thiocyanate spinning system was investigated to modify the frictional static electricity of PAN. The experimental value of the sulfur content of PAN/sodium cellulose sulfate was slightly lower than the calculated one. This means that sodium cellulose sulfate was only slightly dissolved out to the coagulation bath and so it can be used in PAN-sodium thiocyate spinning system. As the degree of substitution and the amount of sodium cellulose sulfate in PAN/sodium cellulose sulfate film increased, the frictional static electricity decreased, and this tendency was retained even after hard water treatment.
