Abstract
Free phenolic acid, esterified and insoluble phenolic acid extract were extracted from Ginkgo nuts and leaves. Antioxidative effectiveness was measured by Peroxide value and TBA value at each extract, control, 0.02%(w/w) BHA and BHT in corn oil, at
