Abstract
This study was designed to investigate the productivity of L-methionine by the method of protoplast fusion between Brevibacterium flavum ATCC 14067 and Corynebacterium glutamicm ATCC 13032, and then L-methionine production was performed to continuous fermentation using the immobilized fusant cells.
