Abstract
The durg-macromolecule conjugates i.e. 5-fluorouracil-1-acetyl-human serum albumin(FU-AA-HSA, 8) and 5-fluorouracil-1-acetyl-poly-L-lysine(FU-AA-polylys, 9) have been synthesized and purified by sephadex G-25 gel filtration with 0.05M phosphate buffer(pH 7.5).
