Abstract

본고에서는 KTA에서 도서 자료 토탈 시스템의 일부로 개발하여 이용중인 단행본 검색 시스템에 대한 사용자의 이용 기능 분포도를 축적된 통계 자료를 이용하여 분석하고 각 이용 기능별 응답 시간과 각 이용 기능별 검색 성공율 및 전체 성공율을 통계적인 도표 와 그래프로 작성하여 시스템의 성능을 수치적으로 계량화하여 보았다.
