在庫管理 EDP System을 위한 Simulation의 考察

This work of study employs the forecasting inventory control system as well as the method of simulation which should be applied before the inventory control system is applied. In this work, the technique of exponential smoothing is used to calculate automatically the value of smoothing factor “ alpha” for the inventory control system.

System의 변경을 行할때 實驗的으로 確認하는 方法에 있어서 Simulation 이 적합하다. 과거나 현재의 새로운 System을 사용하면 어떠할지를 과거의 data 를 사용하여 實驗해 보는것이 Simulation이다. Simulation을 행해 봄으로써 새로 운 System의 導入하기에 앞서 그 System이 自己의 企業에 적합한가 아닌가가 test된다. 따라서 在庫 Simulation을 행함으로써 그 회사에 있어서 현재와 실제의 在庫量과 이를테면 Forecasting Inventory Control System을 사용할때의 在庫量 과의 比較 또는 각각 그 Case 에 따라 Customer Service의 比較를 行할 수 있 다. 또 Simulation은 어느 製品에 Forecasting Inventory Control System이 제일 적당한지에 대해서도 效果的으로 사용된다. 이것은 대부분의 製品에 적용될 수 있으며 新製品이나 과거의 기록이 되어 있지 않은 製品같은 例外的인 製品에 대 해서도 Forecasting Inventory Control System의 특수한 判斷規則을 세울 수 있 다. 그러므로 Simulation에 따른 새로운 在庫 System의 타당성을 調査, 檢討하고 더욱 개선을 함으로써 가장 效果的인 면에서 비교하므로서 새로운 System 導入 의 利益을 豫見할 수 있게 한다.
