Abstract
The triglycerides of walnut oil were fractionated by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) on the basis of partition number (PN). Each triglyceride was finally fractionated on the basis of aryl carbon numbers (CN) by gas-liquid chromatography (GLC). The fatty acids of triglyceride for each PN group were analyzed by GLC.
