Abstract
Effect of intravenously injected clonidine on the flexion reflex was studied in 15 decerebrated and spinalized cats. The flexion reflex was elicited by electrical stimulation of the tibial nerve or the common peroneal nerve and it was recorded as single unit activity from filaments of the L6 or L7 ventral roots.
