This experiment was designed to evaluate effects of freezing and frozen storage on survival of sanitary indicative bacteria in seafoods. Culture of bacteria such as Escherichia coli type I, Citrobacter freundii type I, Klebsiella aerogenes type I and Streptococcus faecalis was inoculated into homogenates of pollack, shrimp, and sardine frozen in a contact plate freezer at
