Alcohol acts as a wetting agent, an evaporant, a dilutent, a lubricant and reduces Surface tension and emulsification of link/water mixture/ From many studies, the function of the I.P.A appeurs to be that of a surfactant Cowbined with evaporative and diluent ProPerties.
