초록

The crystal form, crystallite size and crystallinity of wet drawn(20$^{\circ}C$:for cold drawing, 45$^{\circ}C$:for warm drawing) Nylon 6 Films which were annealed (isothermally and isothermally after elevated heating) at various anealing temperature and time were measured. Measurement were carried out with wide angle X-ray diffraction(W.A.X.D.) for crystal form and crystallite size, and density method for crystallinity. In the case of undrawn-annealed sample, ${\gamma}$-form crystal is formed for the samples from 100$^{\circ}C$ 1 min annealing to 180$^{\circ}C$ 1 min annealing and ${\alpha}$-form if formed from 180$^{\circ}C$ 30min annealing to 200$^{\circ}C$ 120 min. On the other hand, in the case of drawn (20$^{\circ}C$ drawing) sample ${\alpha}$-form crystal is formed from 100$^{\circ}C$ 30 min annealing, to 200$^{\circ}C$ 120 min. The crystallinity of warm-drawn-annealed sample is similar to that of the cold-drawn-annealed samples, but the crystallite size of cold-drawn-annealed samples is larger than that of warm-drawn-annealed samples. The crystallinity and crystallite size of isothermally annealed sample after elevated heating are more increased than those of directly isothermaly annealed sample with the increasing of annealing temperature and time.
