A study on an Assembling Process using the Digital Computers

Abstract

The paper deals with the assembly systems of the manufacturing process. It is well known fact that operational research and systems approach for the assembly systems have been worked out and the digital computers are used extensively to improve the efficiency of the systems. Studies are carried out to analyze algorithm of the assembly systems and line balancing problems. Detailed flowchart and computer programms are studied.

産業의 廣範圍하고 치열한 경쟁에서 生産原價의 절감을 위해서 여기에 복 합된 因子들을 合理的이고 效率的으로 運營하며 경영되어야 한다. 이를 爲한 구 체적이고 重要한 部分이 組立System이다. 이 組立process는 중요한 生産工程의 位置를 點하여 왔으며 最近에는 Operational Research나 Systems Approach의 一 般化와 電子計算機의 應用이 활발하여 組立System의 效率化가 크게 대두되고 있 다. 特히 여기서는 組立System을 분석연구하고 이에 必要한 Flowchart와 Program을 제시함으로써 Computer應用硏究에 기여하고저 한다.
