Abstract
Pathological study on the Johne's disease of Korean native bull was conducted at August 1983 in Kyunggi province. 5 years old bull was continued with watery, odourless diarrhea for 6 month and appetite was within normal. Clinicohematological examination o
Johne's disease로 추정된 한우를 병리학적으로 검사한 결과, 병리해부소견으로는 장점막의 비후와 장벽의 비대 그리고 병리조직학적으로는 점막고유층과 점막층, 점막하직에 다량증식되어 있는 유상피세포와 그 세포질에 탐식되어 있는 항산성균을 관찰하였기에 Johne's disease로 확인되었다.
