Abstract

A method of calculating the maximum entropy per run in binary run-length coding is given when run-length is limited to a maximum of M. And Huang's bounds can be obtained from the present result as M tends to infinity.

이중 run-length 부호화에서 run-length의 최대값이 M으로 제한되었을 때의 최대 entropy를 구하는 과정을 보였고, 이때 M이 무한대가 되면 Huang의 상한이 된다.
