Study on the Discoloring of Monoazo Disperse Dye in Dyeing Process(I)

염색공정에서 Monoazo계 분산 염료의 소색성에 관한 연구(I)

To prove the discoloring function to monoazo disperse dye, this study was carried out with dye II and the susceptibility on decomposition in various pH range of some monoazo disperse dye in process to the influence of the yield, combination, reproducibility was studied to minimize the color difference. We discovered that the degradation of these dyes in alkaline region was due to the decomposition of their molecular structures such as acetoxyethyl group.

Monoazo계 분산 염료중 그 사용비중이 큰 Blue Dye II의 Auxochrome이 알칼리영역 염색조건하에서 소색현상을 일으킨다. 이를 조사분석한 결과 그 동형 염료의 말단기인 Acetoxyethyl group에서부터 기인되어 단계적으로 분해되었음을 화학구조적으로 규명하였다.
