국제주파수관리제도의 개선방향에 관한 연구

A Study on the Improvement of International Frequency Administration System

本硏究는 1979年世界無線通信主管會議의 主要議題였던 國際周波數管理制度와 主로 放送業務 및 放送衛星業務의 周波數帶分配에 關하여 全面改正한 規定에 注目하고 國際周波數管理制度의 發展과 最近의 國際的動向에 意하여 將來 이들 業務의 計劃에 適應할 수 있는 周波數의 有效한 利用을 圖謀하기 爲하여 周波數帶分配에 關한 問題點과 이에 對한 改善方案을 分析考察하였다.

This study, noting the provisions of the complete revision of the International Frequency Administration System, mainly frequency allocations of the Broadcasting Service and the Broadcasting-Satellite Service forming part of the World Radio Administrative Conferences, 1979, bearing in mind the development of International Frequency Administration System and international trends, with a view to attempting the effective utilization of frequencies which may be adapted for those plans of the service in the future, is analysed and considered on the points and improvement of frequency allocations.
