Abstract
Low-temperature in-bin drying with high-moisture paddy were demonstrated and studied under local autumn weather condition. Paddy with the initial moisture content of about 24.5 percent in the steel storage bin(diameter: 3 m, height: 3.17 m) was uniformly dried to about 15 percent by continuous blowing of ambient air (average temperature:
