The trouble of business management of the mining and manufacturing companies in Korea are constituted by that average 28.3% of production management in the worst trouble of business management from 1973 to 1980 So that Industrial productivity in Korea lower than an industrially advanced nation and then a change for the better of effective production management operations manufacturing companies are suggested by the application effects and achievement points of production management. Therefor Industrial Engineering technics is applied systematic route and the manufacturing company grow more than better its Business Physical condition for the improve productivity applied system approach for a rational product ion management system model.
