Photosensitive polymers(PVA-cinnamate, PVC-xanthogenate and PVA十Benzidinetetrazonium chloride zinc chloride double salts) were prepared and their protosensitive characters were studied. PVC-xanthogenate having the most amount of xanthogenate group (4 mole percent) were prepared by the retraction of 1 mole of PVC with 0.3 mole of potassium xanthogenate at 70$^{\circ}$C for 5 hours and this polymer showed rapid change in characteristic peaks of IR and UV spectra with exposing UV light. In the case of PVA+benzidinetetrazonium chloride zinc chloride double salts 83.5% yield of residual film could be obtained, when 5 weight percent of this double salts was added to PVA. On the other hand, PVA-cinnamate sensitized by 5-nitroacenaphthene or crystal violet gave the best result when 5 weight percent or 1 weight percent of the sensitizer was added respectively. And sensitized PVA-cinnamate was successfully applied to printing plate and electronic printing circuit plate.
