Linear Programing for Cotton Mixing

초록

The object of the programing is the optimization of cotton mixing by weight ratio, which is fit the required condition and minimize the cost. For the constraint condition, fiber length, micronaire, pressley index, grade index, color is used, and the linearity of these cotton qualify is proved theoretically and experimentally. But these cotton quality is insufficient for utilization in factory, so add the stock, the honey dew content, and the small stock limit which vanish the small stock. In this paper, the main program and the checking program is presented. The main program is the optimization of cotton mixing by weight ratio, and the checking program, used in case of the infeasible solution in the main program which will happen by user error, show the new required bale which make the feasible solution in main program. By using these programs, the cost down, the maintenance of the color and fiber quality, and the control of the stock accumulation art achived.
