Abstract

A lignan diglucoside, mp 240-$242^{\circ}C$, $C_{34}H_{46}O_{18}$, was isolated from the root cortex of Acanthopanax chiisanensis Nakai and it was identified as syringaresional diglucoside, Acanthoside D (Eleutheroside E).
