Abstract
Using Streptomyces chibaensis, which produces a strong inulin-hydrolyzing enzyme, the optimum cultural conditions and composition of the medium for the production of inulase were studied. 1. The highest enzyme activity was obtained at pH 7.5 after 84 hours culture at
