초록

The effect of PH on the equilibrium adsorption, the rate of adsorption and the dye hydrolysis was studied in buffer solution and with the results the effect of these factors on the reactivity of a monochlorotriazinyl reactive dye with silk fibroin was discussed. The maximum amount of fixed dye on silk fibroin was obtained in neutral condition, in which the dye-fibre bonds are relatively stable and the active dye concentration around the functional groups is high. The rate constant of fixation k' could be calculated and the PH dependency of it showed some what different trend to that of some amino acid residues which are the most important groups reacting with reactive dyes.
