초록

본 논문에서는 마이크로스트립 링 공진기를 사용하여 마이크로파 대역에서 주파수 변별기를 실현할 수 있음을 보였다. 임피던스 차원을 갖는 Green함수를 이용하여 해석하였으며, S-band(중심주파수 50=30GHz)에서 최대 45MHz의 주파수 변별특성을 실험으로 확인하였다.

In this paper, it is shown that a microwave frequency discriminator can be realized by use of a simple ring resonator. Its characteristics have been analyzed by employing Green's function and verified experimentally. The maximum frequency bandwidth obtained from the experiments is 45MHz at S-band(center frequency 50=3GHz).
