휨 성질이 PET Filament 직물의 Drape에 미치는 영향

Effect of Bending Properties on the Drape of PET Filament Woven Fabrics

직물의 drape 성질과 구조적 및 휨 성질간의 관계를 규명하기 위하여 구조역학적인 방법으로 고찰하고 16종의 PET filament 직물에 대한 실험결과로 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 직물의 drape계수는 직물의 Bending rigidity가 커지면 증대한다. 2. 직물의 drape계수는 잔류 moment가 커지면 증가하나 휨 및 일 회복도가 증가하면 감소한다. 3. 직물의 drape계수는 W/EI의 제곱에 따라 감소한다.

The relationships between the drape properties and some structural and bending properties have been studied by the structural mechanics approach. By verifying with the experimental results of 16 PET filament woven fabrics, the following conclusions were obtained. 1. The drape coefficient of fabrics in creases with the bending rigidity of fabrics. 2. The drape coefficient of fabrics increase with the residual moment but decreases with bending and work recoveries. 3. The drape coefficient decreases with the square of fabric weight per unit bending rigidity.
