우리나라 산간지방(山間地方)에 야생(野生)하는 머루 중(中)의 총(總) anthocyanin의 함량(含量)과 개별(個別) anthocyanin의 조성(組成)을 측정(測定)하였다. 머루로 부터 색소(色素)를 0.1% HCl methanol로 추출(抽出)하여 파장(波長) 538nm
The content of total and individual anthocyanins in the wild vines (Vitis amurensis Ruprecht), which were wildly grown in the mountain area of Korea, has been carried out. The pigments were extracted with 0.1% hydrochloric acid in methanol from the wild vines and the content of the total anthocyanin in the extract was determined spectrophotometrically at 538nm
