Abstract
In order to utilize the agricultural waste products for animal feeds, studies have been made concerning the production of cellulase of Irpex lacteus and its properties of crude enzyme, and summarized as follows. 1. At the production of cellulase, the culture of wheat bran added with rice bran was more active than any other cultures. 2. The optimum incubation time is 5 days in shaking culture. 3. The optimum condition of reaction in saccharification with CMC were obtained the following results. 1) The optimum pH was within the range of from 3.5 to 4.0 and stable within 3.0 to 6.0. 2) The optimum temperature was
농산폐기물(農産廢棄物)을 이용(利用)할 목적(目的)으로 Irpex lacteus가 생성(生成)하는 cellulase에 대(對)하여 실험(實驗)하여 다음 결과(結果)를 얻었다. 1. 쌀겨를 가(加)한 준배양기(戮培養基)의 조효소(粗酪素) 활성(活性)이 타배양기(他培養基)보다 우수하였다. 2. 진탕배양시 최적배양일수는 5일(日)이 가장 좋았다. 3. 생성(生成)되는 환원당(還元糖) 정량(定量)에 의(依)한 조효소(粗酪素)의 특성(特性)은 Irpex lacteus가 생산(生産)한 cellulase의 요소반응(酵素反應) 최적조건(最適條件)은 CMC분해(分解)로 생성(生成)한 환원당량(還元糖量)으로 본 결과 다음과 같다. 1) 최적(最適) pH는
