의료용 Nylon Filament 방사 유제의 제조와 그 응용에 관한 연구

Studies on the Preparation of Spinning Oil and its Application to Nylon Filament

초록

의료용 nylon filament의 방사유제를 제조하고, 이것과 외산유제(Spinnar N-100)들이 사질에 미치는 영향을 비교 검토하였는데, spindle oil 70%, polyoxyethylene p-nonylphenol (6 moles ethylene oxide) 10%, oleyl alcohol 2%, oleyl monoglyceride 10% 및 stearic acid-diethylenteramine ester 8% 의 배합으로 제조된 유제가 그 특성이 가장 우수하였으며 또한 이것을 사용한 실의물성이 Spinnar N-100을 사용한 실의 물성과 거의 같았다.

Spinning oil for nylon filament was prepared. The influence on the properties of filament obtained by treating the prepared spinning oil in this study (SA 23) and foreign-made spinning oil (Spinnar N-100) was compared. Spinning oil prepared as a components of spindle oil 70%, polyoxyethylene p-nonylphenol(6 moles ethylene oxide) 10%, oleylmonoglycerides 10%, oleyl alcohol 2% stearic acid-diethylenetriamine ester 8% was excellent in its characteristics. SA23 treated nylon filament has almost similar properties of Spinnar N-100 treated ones.
