Nonreciprocal Wave Propa ation in semiconductor

반도체의 비가역적 전파특성

Effects of nonreciprocal microwave propagation upon the width and height of a thin slab of transversely magnetized N-Si loaded in a rectangular waveguide are observed experimentally at the room temperature and the experimental results have been analysed qualitatively.

도파관내에 장치한 정형화된 엷은 n형 Si의 두께와 높이가 비가역적 마이크로파전파특성에 어떤 영향을 주는가를 실온에서 실험적으로 관찰하고 이를 정성적으로 해석했다.
